Viewing the User Logs

The steps below show you how to view entries in the Customer Log.

 

To view the Customer Log

  1. Choose Administration | Logs.

  2. To view a list of all entries, do not enter any criteria. To view a specific set of entries, enter the criteria to match. For information on entering criteria, see the Search and Field Entry Tips.

  3. Click Submit Search.

  4. To see the details for a specific entry, click the appropriate entry.

  5. Optional: Select Export to generate an XML-formatted file of the user log search results. Click Download when you are directed to the Log File Download page. Navigate to the download location, and then choose Save.
