The steps below show you how to view entries in the Customer Log.
Choose Administration | Logs.
To view a list of all entries, do not enter any criteria. To view a specific set of entries, enter the criteria to match. For information on entering criteria, see the Search and Field Entry Tips.
Click Submit Search.
To see the details for a specific entry, click the appropriate entry.
Optional: Select Export to generate an XML-formatted file of the user log search results. Click Download when you are directed to the Log File Download page. Navigate to the download location, and then choose Save.
