Printing the IQA Scorecard

If your financial institution has enabled the Image Quality Assurance (IQA) feature, the application will test characteristics of each scanned check image, and images will pass or fail depending on those scores. During the scanning process, you have the ability to view and print the "scorecard" of the image's test results. If the application reports that the image returned a test result that does not pass an IQA test(s), you may use the scorecard to obtain more information about why the image did not pass. Printing the scorecard generates the report and sends it to the Report Manager where you can view, print, delete, and download it, depending on your report rights.
