Report rights determine which reports that the user can view, print, delete, and download from the Report Manager.
Note: If dual control is required, another customer user with Customer Users: Add, Edit, Delete permission will have to verify the record changes before they become effective.
Choose Security | Customer Users.
Select the user to modify.
Click the Reports tab.
Select the individual report type(s) to allow, or select Grant All to add all report types (sets rights to View All).
Choose whether to allow the user to view all reports of each type selected or only those the user has created.
Choose Save at the top of the page to save the changes to the user record.
