These steps show you how to remove allowed file load types from a user record. Once a type is removed, the user will not be able to upload that type. The changes will take effect the next time the user logs in to the application.
Note: If dual control is required, another customer user with Customer Users: Add, Edit, Delete permission will have to verify the record changes before they become effective.
Choose Security | Customer Users.
Select the user to modify.
Click the File Load tab.
Click the check box to the left of each file type to remove, or choose Remove All to disable all file load rights at once.
Choose Save at the top of the page to save the changes to the user record.
