Adding User File Load Rights

File Load rights determine the file load types that the user can upload to the application.

Note: If dual control is required, another customer user with Customer Users: Add, Edit, Delete permission will have to verify the record changes before they become effective.

To add file load rights

1. Choose Security | Customer Users.

2. Select the user to modify.

3. Click the File Load tab.

4. Mark the File Load type(s) to allow by clicking the check box to the left of the item, or choose Grant All to include all types.

5. Choose the options for each allowed file type.

6. Choose Save at the top of the page to save the changes to the user record.
