Logging in using Hardware Token Authentication

Hardware tokens are a means of proving your identity online using temporary codes entered at the time of login. They are enabled by your FI, but may be registered by you, if applicable. Once the RSA SecurIDĀ® hardware token has been registered, you may log in using the new authentication method. The token will provide short-term numeric codes that you will use to gain access to the application.

On the hardware token, the dashes to the left of the tokencode indicate the life of the code, disappearing as the expiration of the code approaches. If there are only a couple of dashes remaining, we recommend that you wait a few seconds for the new code to be generated.

Note: You must have the appropriate permission assigned by the FI to be able to register your hardware token.

Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on the authentication method.

To log in using hardware token authentication

  1. Launch the application's login page. Enter your User Name and then select Login.

  2. Enter the tokencode from your hardware token into the Token Passcode field on the login page and select Continue.

  3. Enter your application password and select Continue. The application home page will display.
