Enabling User Notifications

The steps below explain how to enable user notifications on behalf of other users, if applicable.

Note: You must have the Users: Add/Edit/Delete permissions in order to activate notifications for another user. With the Notifications permission, you may change your own alerts by selecting Change Notifications from the Security menu.

 

To enable a notification alert for a customer user

 

  1. Select Security | Customer Users.

  2. Select a user to modify.

  3. Choose the Notifications tab.

  4. Enter the user's email address and enable a processing or security alert. If necessary, choose the Frequency options.

  5. Click Save to complete the process and return to the Customer User List page.
