If a transaction view no longer meets your needs, you can delete it, or you can edit it.
Note: A user can only edit a shared view if that user is the original author of the view. The user, however, can save the shared view with a different name, essentially creating a new view, and then make changes to it.
From the transaction list or Quick Edit list, choose View.
Select the view to edit from the View Manager list. If the view to edit is a shared view that you did NOT create, enter a new unique name in the Save/Save As Name field and choose Save Current View, choose View again, and click the new view in the list.
Choose Edit View.
Make the changes to the view.
Choose Save as View.
If this view should be your default view for this category/subcategory, mark the Set as Default View option.
Choose Save.
