The steps below explain how to modify user notifications on behalf of other users, if applicable.
Note: You must have the Users: Add/Edit/Delete permissions in order to change notifications for another user. With the Notifications permission, a user may change his/her own alerts by selecting Change Notifications from the Security menu.
To edit a notification alert for a user
Select Security | Customer Users and then select a user to modify.
Click the Notifications tab.
If necessary, change the user's email address and disable an existing or enable a new processing/security alert. If necessary, choose the Frequency options. To disable a notification, unmark the check box for that alert.
Click Save to complete the process and return to the Customer User Detail page.
Note: If received notifications display without line breaks in the text, instruct the user to modify the mail settings within his/her email client. For example, in Microsoft® Outlook® 2010, follow these steps: In the Outlook menu, choose Preferences | Mail. In the Message format section, remove the check mark for the Remove extra line breaks in plain text messages setting.
