The Endorsement Options section allows you to maintain the physical and/or virtual endorsements for all checks scanned in that category or subcategory. Physical endorsement language will be printed on the back of the checks, while virtual endorsements will only be applied to image of the check backs. If you are using multiple types of scanners, you may create one set of endorsement options for each scanner type (for example, one set for an RDM scanner and another set for a Digital Check scanner).
Note: You cannot edit the scanner type for a set of endorsement options. To change the scanner, you must delete the incorrect or obsolete entry, and then add a set of endorsement options for the new scanner.
From the Category Configuration List, select the category to modify.
Click the text link of the entry to modify in the Endorsement Options section.
Complete the endorsement fields as necessary. The available fields depend upon your scanner.
Click Save. The revised endorsement entry appears in the Endorsement Options section.
Choose Return to List at the top of the page. Changes made to the Endorsement Options section are automatically saved.
