Downloading Previously Exported Transaction Collections

If a transaction file is accidentally overwritten or corrupted, you may download it again. After they are downloaded the first time, export files appear on the Previously Exported Files page. Remember, however, that these files have already been downloaded before, so make sure you are not creating a duplicate situation. The list will indicate the file type (Intuit® QuickBooks® , or CSV with or without Headings), whether the file was created automatically or manually, and the creation date and time.

To download an exported file again

  1. Choose File Transfer | Previously Exported Files.

  2. Click the text link for the file to download.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Navigate to the download location, and click Save. We recommend that you do not change the file name since it includes specific date and time information.

  5. Choose Close on the Download Complete dialog box.
