Copying User Settings

To help you save time when setting up users, the application allows you to copy one customer user's settings into another customer user's record. You may review the settings to be copied, making adjustments as necessary before finalizing the record. The steps below show you how to duplicate settings from one record to another.

To copy a user's settings

  1. Choose Security | Customer Users.

  2. Select a user into which settings will be copied.

  3. Click Copy Settings at the top of the record.

  4. Using the drop-down menu, choose a user from which to copy settings.

  5. Mark individual settings to copy or use the select all/deselect all box to select all settings.

  6. Choose Continue.

  7. Review the settings to be copied to the record, and then choose Apply Changes on the Copy Settings Confirmation page.
