The Endorsement Options section allows you to maintain the physical and/or virtual endorsements for all checks scanned in that category or subcategory. Physical endorsement language will be printed on the back of the checks, while virtual endorsements will only be applied to image of the check backs. If you are using multiple types of scanners, you may create one set of endorsement options for each scanner type (for example, one set for an RDM scanner and another set for a Digital Check scanner).
From the Category Configuration List, select the category to modify.
Click Add in the Endorsement Options section bar.
Select the scanner type.
Complete the endorsement fields as necessary. The fields to complete depend upon your scanner.
Click Add. The endorsement entry appears in the Endorsement Options section.
Choose Return to List at the top of the page. Changes made to the Endorsement Options section are automatically saved.
