Adding Addenda Exclusions

Addenda exclusions are addenda templates that will not appear in the drop-down list for transactions in the category/subcategory. (The user may still create these formats manually.) These steps show you how to add addenda exclusions to the list on the Category Configuration page.

To add addenda exclusions (remove the template from the list)

1. From the Category Configuration List, select the category to modify.

2. Click Add in the Addenda Exclusions section bar. Addenda formats that are already excluded do not appear on the Add page.

3. Mark the Addenda Exclusion(s) to add by clicking the checkbox to the left of the item.

4. Click Add. The type(s) appear on the Exclusions list.

5. Choose Return to List at the top of the page. Changes made to the Addenda Exclusions section are automatically saved.
