Occasionally, you may need to access archived checks in order to perform research. Scanned check images are available for viewing from the Transaction list for a limited time while they are in process, but the application will also allow you to access them once they have been archived. With a subscription to the archival service through your FI, you and your FI have unlimited access to the archived image(s) for 2 years plus 1 month from the date the check was scanned. Using the Image Search page fields, you may search for a single image or a group of images. Once the check image(s) have been located, you have the additional options of printing, saving, and zooming in to obtain a closer, more detailed view of the item(s).
Note: The Search Archived Images user permission is required for access to the image search page.
